Clover Valley Creamery is a family-owned cheese plant nestled in the heart of southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Since 2017, we’ve been crafting artisanal camembert cheese using fresh, locally sourced milk. Each wheel of our camembert is carefully handcrafted with dedication and passion, ensuring every bite is rich in flavor and quality. Our mission is simple: to provide you with a distinctive, locally made cheese that’s so delicious, you’ll keep coming back for more.

Clover Creek Cheese Cellar offers their cows a diet that is 100% grass. The only grain they get is to transition them from milk as calves. We do not feed any silage because it produces off-flavors in the cheese. The milking herd eats only fresh pasture during the spring, summer, and fall. We operate a managed grazing program. Our farm is split up into 14 paddocks, and we use temporary fences to control how much the cows eat each day. When the fields are not growing during dry spells and the winter months, we feed the cows dried hay that we purchase from two local farms.
We have a large variety of dairy breeds of cattle. Our colorful herd ranges from Jerseys to Linebacks to Milking Shorthorns and any kind of cross in between. Our cows are out on pasture as much as possible, getting exercise and enjoying the fresh, green grass. This diet gives our cows the best nutrients to make the perfect milk for our cheese.

Green Tree Foods LLC is located towards the southern end of Lancaster County, where two state roads intersect. They are known as Route 896 (Georgetown Road) and Route 372 (Valley Road). This beautiful area has been known as Green Tree for many years. Agriculture is still the main occupation in this area. Our daughter, her husband and three children run a small dairy operation that borders the Green Tree intersection. They farm the land and milk between 40 and 50 Jersey and Holstein cows.
Due to depressed milk prices for four years in a row, our family, along with help from others, created a plan to produce and market our own products. We were blessed to find a second and third generation specialty cheese maker who makes an awesome product. The cheese is made from high quality Jersey and Holstein milk. Our cheese craftsman and his family create the cheese into 40 lb blocks of cheese. It is then aged for a minimum of 60 days. Then it is cut and vacuum sealed and hand packed, labeled and then it is ready to market. Our dairy farm and cheese processing and
packing facilities are all state certified and state inspected. Our goal is to provide our customers with a good quality, great tasting, all natural specialty cheese at a reasonable price. Thank you for choosing Green Tree.
